This is one great corn bread...if you love cornbread......
3 eggs
1c butter melted
mix together
add red pepper and 2 jalopenos
add 1can cream corn
1c of flour
1c corn meal
4tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
add green onions if you like....
grease a 9x13 pan, bake at 400 for 1hr
