Hoisen Beef with Red Pepper and Onion

Hoisen Sauce: make your own...its simple and tastes better than any pre-packaged sauce! Saute beef in seseme oil....garlic chopped.......3min on high in cast iron skillet...add hoisen....another 2 min....add peppers and grill 5min...add onions and grill additional 3min....more hoisen if required......serve over a bed of basmati rice.

Don't forget to pour 1 beaten dd over the beef when it is 1/2 cooked....salt and pepper of course!
