I'm 32, I was a Roraty International Exchange Student to Oulu, Finland in 1992. I was 18 at the time. It was my 1st time away from home for any length of time. I have a twin. I became who I am today because of my year in Finland. To this day I talk about Finland at least once a day. Most people don't understand. I do.

Hoisen Beef with Red Pepper and Onion
Hoisen Sauce: make your own...its simple and tastes better than any pre-packaged sauce! Saute beef in seseme oil....garlic chopped.......3min on high in cast iron skillet...add hoisen....another 2 min....add peppers and grill 5min...add onions and grill additional 3min....more hoisen if required......serve over a bed of basmati rice.

Don't forget to pour 1 beaten dd over the beef when it is 1/2 cooked....salt and pepper of course!
